Client Problem: The client had a disorganized and inaccurate record of their fixed assets. They lacked a centralized system to track assets from acquisition to disposal, making it difficult to calculate depreciation accurately, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This led to potential financial reporting errors, inefficient asset utilization, and challenges during audits.

Solution We Provided: We conducted a physical audit of all existing fixed assets to verify their existence, location, and condition. We reconciled these findings with the client's current financial records to identify discrepancies and establish a clean, accurate starting point.
